EGG 10/12 inspo (pics heavy)

I woke up so late today I'm confused XD I should go at my parents house in a while but I wanted to blog first so here I am, writing this post with my morning coffee

So, as the title says, today I want to share some pics from my October 2012 EGG issue! I don't speak any japanese so I can't translate anything, but if you need more pictures and details let me know! I'll try to scan it somehow (at home I don't have a scanner)

I'll just post all the outfits/makeup pages (￣▽￣*)ゞ and it's already a heavy post like this lol trust me

10/12 cover

Back in 2012 this issue was so popular in gaijin comm due to the d.i.a mirror that came free with the issue! Sadly I bought it used so I didn't get the mirror XD but I clearly remember the run to buy it, every gal fighting over it... it was like being in 109 during new year sale XD

Anyway as you can see from the cover that season rokku was veeeery popular, d.i.a and GARULA were the most wanted brands and everyone looked so fierce 

Eriiii I love every outfits even if they're so simple! The two on the right on the left page are my favorites~

It's already clear from those pages what the trends were back then: blackxwhite, leather, rokku elements everywhere! Even the onee coords (like Jun's) has some rokku influence, using some elements like studs on shoes or the jackets

GARULAAAA another trend of that season was western style, so GARULA (which was very western style) had a huge boom together with d.i.a (which still produced western/cowgirl style clothes - it was before Comfilax was created lol)

what makes me go "aw" on those pages is the big use of natural colors, of black and plaid

Body/face tattoo!! I didn't see them since years!! Ok I have to say after seeing this that I think that year was really Coachella inspired, the whole western style screamed "Coachella festival" to me, also the golden/silver tattoos, I can't XD

Look at Mipochi on the right ( ; ω ; ) flower maxi dress, a golden lion head necklace (very Gucci) and black leather platforms (♡‿♡)

CAMPUS SUMMIT 2012 meet mixi: LOVE SUNSHINE 2012 SUPER PHOTO LIVE!!!

What's Campus Summit? It is one of the most important parties of the year in Shibuya! It's a BIG party where japanese music industry and fashion industry meets in gyaru style. A whole day to party between runaways, parapara and gal performance!

 

 

 

Since we're back to school this month (lol) here's some kogal inspo!

Amekaji VINTED Haul!

Finally it's fridaaaaaay and I'm back again with a haul post lol this quarantine killed my social life but surely it filled my wardrobe lol

As I said many times I have a big amekaji boom lately, for almost ten years I wore mainly d.i.a and MA*RS, totally addicted to AGEHA, but a couple of years ago I discovered my love for Co&Lu again (my first brand item ever was a Co&Lu skirt), but mostly for "old" gyaru kei  

So obviously now my goal is to get a good oldschool wardrobe

Anyway enough talking, I'll show you what I got

Ok if somebody told me one day I would wear yellow I would have laughed so much. And now here I am XD but I'm trying to get more colorful clothes after years of only black/white/pink I already have some ideas in mind but I need some other shoes mmmmh I'll see

As above lol the yellow looks more warm and nice irl btw, I think it'll look cute with my overalls!

My love for Roxy is getting real XD it's something really basic but I love the big brand name print～

This isn't a "famous brand" item, but the original owner bought it in Hawaii also I needed sukapan as air, so I just had to buy it lol

I'm a lot into blue lately～I already own a lot of light blue items but I want more marine blue!

I needed a new bag for work so... Roxy, what else? XD actually it's pretty small but strangely it fits everything I need! This brand is really full of surprises♡

I love clear accessories so much! They look cute with any style imho～ also it has polkadots (so 2008), it's pastel, it's ROXY XD I don't need any more reasons to buy it sorry XD

It looks so d.i.a aaaaaaa  it was only 3€ including shipping, cheaper than any d.i.a piece XD

 I needed one so much!! It looks amazing with any Liz Lisa piece, but also with a white lace dress and brown boots it would look so cuuute TuT

 

And that's all! I have other pieces incoming but I'll make another post :P I also wanna talk about a cheap shop I found on Aliexpress, but I think I'll wait my order from it to make a post

 

Now I'm gonna enjoy my lunch, I was lucky I got a cheap ready-to-go sushi bento for today (I just added a couple of giant spring rolls, my favorites), sometimes I think I spoil myself too much XD
